The following services are offered to our customers.

Cleaning

Obviously with the passage of time and many muddy festivals your tent may require cleaning. We are happy to provide this service for you or to give advice if you prefer to do it yourself. Price is dependent on the type and size of tent you have and is given on request.

Re-impregnation

After prolonged use your tent may require re-impregnation. Again we are happy to provide this service or advise you how to do it yourselves.

Repairs

We also provide a post guarantee repairs service.

Whatever your concern please contact us and we will be happy to help. Please note that these services are only available to World Tents customers. We cannot provide them for goods manufactured by any other company.
